Since more than 10 years we have been collaborating with public mercantile companies and with the Administration itself, as well as with private companies in which the Administration intervenes as partner or, these companies are operators of the same through Management Contracts.

We advise them through the day to day, in the legal and economic and financial area, and also, we occasionally study very specific cases and issue opinions on them.

In this sense one of our opinions was developed by order of the Local Administration itself relative to the VAT Pro Rata Rule and its impact on the Operating Companies and their Local Entities, defending our thesis, which was finally adopted by the EU and forced Spain to apply the criteria that our opinion defended.
